I. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is offered for orders with a purchase amount of ≥ $49 .
  • A fixed shipping fee of $10 will be applied to orders with a purchase amount of ＜ $49.

2. Order Processing Timeframe

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and verification before dispatching.
  • Pre-sale/Customized Products: Shipping time will be indicated separately on the product page.

3. Shipping Timeframe

  • We use a bulk airmail delivery service. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. The typical shipping time is 7 to 25 days.
  • Please note that all shipping times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee them. Once your order has been shipped, any delays are beyond our control, and therefore we can no longer guarantee the actual delivery time of your package. We appreciate your understanding.
  • In the event of any lost or damaged items, we will provide a full refund.

  • The timeframe is calculated starting from the date of pickup by the logistics provider.
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance delays, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.
